The depth and range of tone in this piece gives it a richly atmospheric element, and the soft focus provides an emotive shart, as though this is a scene from a memory or a dream.

I am questioning getting the ND8(non grad) or the B+W 6-stop(non grad)

What would you suggest me getting? :)

Well B+W is a good quality filters and 6-Stop i guess it's good for waterscapes, is there any other brand u're alooking for?
