I've always wanted to know how you get this effect. Is it a blend of two photos? One long exposure, the other short? BEAUTIFUL Shot!

No it's a same exposure using a ND400 for being able to use a long shutter speed like 2 minutes and ND Grad for to get a dark sky and a bright foreground.

Really nice compo, and exposure for this, the moss also stands out nicely on the rocks. My big gripe though is with the loss in quality, and noise.. not quite sure what's gone wrong.
